Many of my clients travel crazy amounts, and they want to, at a minimum, maintain their current fitness level while on the road. Many times, with these tips and some one on one instruction preparing them for their workouts, they are able to easily exceed those expectations whether in a hotel with fitness amenities or empty handed with no equipment at all.
